Due to the Veterans Day parade being canceled this year. On Saturday the 7th of November, we are planning on a Post 2 picnic on the post grounds. Members of Post 2 will be placing flags at John Sevier Cemetery beginning at 0830. The the American Legion Riders will rally at the post site at 1100am, have our safety briefing and then kickstands up at 1130. The ride / convoy will proceed to John Sevier Veterans Cemetery and then return to the Post site for the picnic. Please send either the commander, at commander@legion.com or the Adjutant, Norita Cruz, at norita.irene@gmail.com, a message to let them know if you will be attending and how many will be with you. We hope to see you there. Please bring your own chairs, tables will be available. Social distancing will be in place.
